Pilates

Core stability, breath, and control — rebuilt from the center.

A Reformer Pilates class working on the reformers in a bright studio

Pilates is controlled, intentional strengthening that rebuilds core stability and helps you move with awareness. The work is grounded in physiology — we understand how breath, posture, and muscle tension shape one another, and we teach accordingly.

Expect to leave feeling longer, more connected, and more stable — not wrung out. Strength here emerges from regulation, not from pushing past your limits. Every level is welcome, with modifications and progressions woven into each class.

Our Pilates offerings also extend into a full Teacher Training grounded in kinesiology and collaborative practice, for those who want to take the work deeper.

"Come exactly as you are. You belong here."

Every offering meets you where you are — with modifications, pacing, and consent-based guidance.

Two ways to practice

Mat Pilates & Reformer Pilates

Choose your pathway — or alternate both — to build strength with clarity, stability with grace, and power without strain.

A Mat Pilates class working with rings on their mats

Mat Pilates

Grounded strength. Deep stability. Bodyweight precision.

Mat Pilates builds full-body strength using your own bodyweight, breath, and control. Expect a steady, intelligent pace that emphasizes deep core integration, postural support, and mindful alignment — without unnecessary strain.

  • Build strong foundational core support
  • Improve posture, stability, and balance
  • Move with simplicity, clarity, and control
  • Strengthen the whole body — anywhere, anytime

Level: Beginner-friendly with layered progressions

Reformer Pilates

Spring-based resistance. Supportive challenge. Refined control.

Reformer Pilates uses spring-based resistance and assistance to create strength with exceptional precision. Springs and straps support clean mechanics and deeper muscular engagement — helping you build stability, mobility, and power in a way that feels remarkably intelligent.

  • Strengthen with guided resistance and support
  • Increase stability through the hips, spine, and shoulders
  • Improve mobility while staying controlled and aligned
  • Experience strength that feels smooth, not forced

Level: All levels (with modifications and progressions)
