Movement

Yoga

Move with strength. Breathe with awareness. Practice with presence.

In class, you move — mindful movement, breath, strength, mobility, and connection, guided at a pace that meets your body where it is. You leave feeling steadier and more at home in yourself, not wrung out.

That lived experience rests on real physiology. We meet the body as a living record of experience, not a machine to discipline. Movement is informed by kinesiology and nervous-system awareness, so you build strength and mobility in ways that let the body feel safe enough to release the holding it no longer needs. As that steadiness grows, breath deepens and movement feels more fluid — and because we practice together, it's amplified in ways solo practice can't reach.

All experience levels are welcome. Modifications, pacing, and consent-based guidance are woven into every class, so you're never expected to perform — only to participate at your own capacity.

"Come exactly as you are. You belong here."

Every offering meets you where you are — with modifications, pacing, and consent-based guidance.

Ways to practice

Find your practice

Different days ask for different things. Our schedule moves across a range of styles so you can match the practice to what your body needs.

Flow / Vinyasa

Breath-linked movement that builds heat, strength, and steady focus.

Yin

Long, supported holds that open connective tissue and slow the system down.

Restorative

Fully propped, deeply passive rest for the nervous system.

Somatic

Slow, awareness-led movement that rebuilds the felt sense of the body.

Gentle / Beginner

An accessible entry point with more instruction and less intensity.
