When practice becomes leadership — teach from structural mastery, not memorization.
There is a moment in every serious practitioner's path when something shifts — when you stop simply following cues and start understanding them. Our Pilates Teacher Training is built for that moment. Great teaching is precise, steady, and intelligent, and that's what this program develops.
You'll learn to teach from structural mastery grounded in biomechanics — recognizing compensation patterns in real time, building strength progressively without strain, and sequencing classes with clear physiological outcomes. Before the training, correcting safely can feel uncertain; after it, you see compensation instantly, cue with precision, and modify confidently for injuries and mixed levels.
Cohorts are intentionally small, and applications are reviewed personally. Mat and Reformer tracks are available — contact us for current dates, format, hours, and tuition.
What makes it different
Study functional biomechanics — how joints load, how force transfers through kinetic chains, and the role of breath in stability.
Understand how stress physiology influences mobility, coordination, and the capacity to learn.
Create psychologically safe classrooms built on agency, language sensitivity, and trust.
