Turn a devoted practice into the ability to guide others — with clarity, safety, and depth.
Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive path of study, practice, and teaching for anyone ready to deepen their understanding of yoga — whether or not you intend to teach. It's built around a simple belief: yoga brings clarity, understanding, and balance to our lives.
The training combines techniques and practice, teaching methodology, anatomy and physiology, yoga philosophy and ethics, and a supervised practicum — so you graduate able to teach foundational poses safely, sequence a class, and communicate with real presence.
An apprenticeship pathway is available for those who want to learn by teaching alongside our faculty. Contact us for current apprenticeship details, cohort dates, and how to apply.
